How long does it take to build my home?
Usually it will take about 10 – 12 weeks for smaller homes and about 14-16 weeks for larger homes.
How much will my home cost?
We can provide an all-inclusive price once we know exactly where you want your home to be located and what inclusions you would like in your home.
Can I design my own home and colour scheme?
Yes, it is your home and we will assist you to make it a home you would be happy to live in.
Can I choose something outside of your standard features?
Yes absolutely, we have quality standard features, but we are more than happy to source what you would prefer.
What areas to you deliver your homes to?
We would be happy to deliver to all regions of NSW, including Manufactured Home Communities, Caravan Parks and Private Land.
What warranties do you provide with your homes?
We provide a structural warranty of six years and a maintenance defects period of 12 months. Manufacturer’s warranty for products used in your home will be passed on to you.
